Welcome! I am the Scoutmaster of Troop 9945 and the Assistant Scoutmaster of Troop 3945. I work seamlessly with my counterpart, Ross O'Connell, who holds the opposite roles.
Together, we guide Scouts aged 11 to 17 on a journey of learning by doing, with the goals of developing concrete life skills, independence, a sense of community (including service), and leadership abilities. The best part is that we learn most of these lessons in the great outdoors! Our goal is to do one outdoor overnight trip every month; Scouts can participate in as many or as few as they want.
We are always open to welcoming new kids into our Troops, so if you think that it might be a good fit for you and your family, please come out to a meeting or event and try us out!
