Who Can Join Scouts?
Since February 1, 2019, the rules for boys and girls joining Scouts BSA are now identical. The boy or girl must have completed the fifth grade and be at least 10 years old, or have earned the Arrow of Light and be at least 10 years old, age 11 but have not reached age 18.

Even better, you can come to a meeting of Scout Troop 3945 or Scout Troop 9945 and learn how things work and see how we plan for camping trips and other troop activities.

Meetings were held almost every Tuesday at 6:30 inside the VFW banquet room in Morningside, but since the Pandemic hit we have travelled to different parks and sometimes we've had to meet online. (But we are still meeting on Tuesdays!)
